Creating a pet ID card is easy! Just follow these steps:

2. Fill in your pet's information
3. Upload a photo
4. Customize the design
5. Preview and download
Account & Billing
You can update your account information by logging into your dashboard and clicking on the "Account Settings" tab. From there, you can modify your personal information, payment methods, and notification preferences.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
ID Cards
Our ID cards include your pet's name, photo, your contact information, and any important medical information. You can also add additional details like microchip number or special needs.
Yes! You can update your pet's information at any time through your dashboard. Changes are reflected immediately in your digital ID card.
Service Dog ID Cards
While service dog ID cards are not legally required under the ADA, they can help facilitate access and provide quick identification of your service animal.
For service dog ID cards, we require your dog's information, your contact details, and any relevant training or certification information. We do not require proof of disability.
