Return Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team to initiate a return
- Receive a return authorization number
- Package your item securely
- Include the return authorization number with your package
- Ship the package to our return address
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products (downloads, software, etc.)
- Items that have been used or damaged
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to our return address.
